HOUSE IN TAVIRA

The first of our new build projects is in Castelos near Tavira, Algarve, on an outstanding 12-hectare site with sea views. Renowned architect Pedro Domingos has designed a 3/4 bedroom villa to replace an existing ruin standing in a dominant hilltop location approximately 10 km from the historical town of Tavira. The principal materials used in the construction will be local schist stone, mortar, cyclopean concrete, brass, and wood. 

The Municipality of Tavira recently granted planning consent, which should enable construction to commence in late 2024.
